Patricia McElroy: Family’s appeal for vulnerable missing Co Tyrone mum

A family has made an appeal for a vulnerable missing Co Tyrone mum who did not return home on Wednesday.

Patricia McElroy is 43 and from the Hospital Road area in Omagh. Her family say she did not return home last night.

Patricia’s daughter Gemma told Belfast Live she and her family are becoming increasingly concerned for the whereabouts of her mum.

“If anyone has seen her we just want them to contact the police because we are worried about her,” Gemma said.

“We’ve all been searching for her and are worried because she has medication that she needs to take.

“There may be a CCTV sighting of mum in Belfast at around 2pm on Wednesday, and she was wearing a grey coat.”

The PSNI have appealed for anyone who may have information on Patricia’s whereabouts to get in touch.

“Police are concerned for the whereabouts of missing person Patricia McElroy,” Police Fermanagh and Omagh said in a post.

“Patricia is 43 years old and lives in the Hospital Road area, Omagh however did not return home last night.

“If you have any information please contact 101 quoting reference number 60 of 23/11/23.”
